These Terms of Service govern your use of the Butterfly platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Account Terms
You must be 18 years or older to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Butterfly cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
2. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of the service.
3. Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from the billing settings. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
